CSPO specialises in the provision of P&O education for people from lower and middle income countries, including people with disabilities, women and people from disadvantaged backgrounds.

A number of scholarships are available, usually for Cambodian students from disadvantaged backgrounds, although applications are considered on a case by case basis. You can apply by downloading a scholarship application form and returning the completed form the CSPO by email or post. Email and postal addresses are on the form.

 CSPO also accepts fee paying students. International fee-paying students are often funded by government agencies, or other organisations, in their home countries.

Course fees (excluding travel costs) are:

  • B.Sc. Degree / ISPO Category II Programme – USD 12,000 per year x 3 years.

This includes tuition fees, accommodation, equipment, course literature, visa, medical insurance, examination fees and a student allowance of USD 1200 per year.

  • P&O Technicians Course – USD 8,000 for the one-year programme.
